The establishment of the Master's program “External Relations of the Regions” is a breakthrough decision of the two leading universities: while professional training usually falls behind new markets demands, MGIMO and the University of Cagliari are more than anyone else aware of the real need to respond to new tendencies and, what is more, anticipate them. The program aims to train experts in external relations of the national regions and with in-depth knowledge of the humanitarian problems of world politics.
